Yes. Creating an account and browsing the marketplace is completely free. You only pay when you purchase a listing. Sellers can list their materials at no cost. OneByZero takes a 15% commission on each sale, which means sellers keep 85% of their earnings.

Each country has localized content tailored to its education system, curriculum, and exam boards. Digital and service listings are available worldwide; physical shipping is currently India-only.

Yes. For digital content, refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if the material does not match the listing description. For physical products, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Tutoring sessions can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. All disputes are reviewed by our support team.
