By accessing or using OneByZero ("the Platform"), operated by Gyanis Technology FZ-LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. OneByZero is an educational marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of study materials, textbooks, STEM kits, and tutoring services.
OneByZero uses the Gyanis unified authentication system. By creating a Gyanis account, you gain access to all Gyanis products including Flow, Aura, Vibe, and OneByZero. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.
All transactions on OneByZero are conducted using GyanisCoins (GC), the unified currency of the Gyanis ecosystem. GC can be purchased via supported payment methods and used across all Gyanis products. GC are non-transferable between users except through marketplace transactions. Seller earnings in GC can be withdrawn to a bank account subject to applicable fees and minimum thresholds.
Buyers agree to pay the listed price in GyanisCoins for purchased materials. Digital content is delivered instantly upon purchase. Physical products are shipped by the seller. Buyers may dispute a transaction within 7 days of delivery if the product does not match the listing description.
Sellers retain 85% of each sale. All listings must accurately describe the materials being sold. Sellers must only list content they have the right to sell. Plagiarized, copyrighted, or prohibited content will be removed and may result in account suspension. Sellers are responsible for shipping physical products within the stated timeframe.
The following are not permitted on OneByZero: copyrighted material sold without authorization, exam papers obtained through unauthorized means, harmful or inappropriate content, misleading or fraudulent listings, and any content that violates applicable laws.
Sellers retain ownership of original content they upload. By listing on OneByZero, sellers grant us a license to display and distribute the content as part of the marketplace. Buyers receive a personal, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for their own study purposes.
OneByZero acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of user-generated content beyond our review process. Our liability is limited to the amount of GyanisCoins involved in the disputed transaction.
