Digital products (study notes, video courses, question banks, exam prep materials) can be refunded within 48 hours of purchase if the content does not match the listing description or is materially defective. Since digital content is delivered instantly, refund requests must include a specific reason. Refunds are issued in GyanisCoins to your wallet.
Physical products (textbooks, STEM kits, lab equipment) can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the listing description. Items must be returned in the condition they were received. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was misrepresented.
Tutoring sessions can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hoursbefore the scheduled session. No-shows by the tutor result in an automatic full refund. If you're unsatisfied with a completed session, you may open a dispute within 48 hours.
GyanisCoins wallet top-ups are non-refundable once credited. Completed tutoring sessions older than 48 hours are non-refundable. Listings removed due to policy violations are not eligible for refund.
If you and the seller cannot resolve an issue, OneByZero's support team will mediate. We review evidence from both parties and make a final decision. Our dispute resolution aims to be fair to both buyers and sellers.
